What is your approach?
My approach to handling disputes and lawsuits is to move the client from point A, that is, where they are now, to point B, that is, where they want to be, as quickly and as inexpensively as possible. Along the way, it’s important to confer with clients, involve the client in development of strategy and in refinement of strategy as the matter progresses.
